Hello! My name is Anna Carter, and I am so thrilled to be the School Counselor at N.W. Harllee. I grew up in Ithaca, NY and moved to Dallas after college as a Teach for America corps member. I have worked in education for 11 years (3 years as an elementary school teacher, 2 years as a counseling intern/reading interventionist, 4 years as a middle school counselor, and 2 years as an elementary school counselor. I am so excited to help support the social-emotional development of your children. When I’m not at work, I love swimming, reading, cooking, visiting family, and playing with my babies – Jude (3 years old ) and Florence (1 year old)
