Ms. Elvia Soltero
Ms. Soltero was raised in Chihuahua, Mexico. She graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts in History in 2004. She also attended Southern Methodist University where she obtained a Masters in Bilingual Education. She has taught for over 12 years in Dallas ISD as a Bilingual Education Teacher. Ms. Soltero believes that all students have the ability to learn. She loves to make learning creative and fun. Ms. Soltero loves to travel and spends most of her summer in other countries. She loves to play board games with her family.
